Eat like no one is watching. Or eat like you don't care anyone is watching. That’s my motto at Goose,
It’s been a long while since I have had the opportunity to create a menu with free hands that also reflects my philosophy as a chef.
I am really looking forward to presenting my and our (we are a team at Goose) favourite dishes from all over the world in a no nonsense manner with the hopes that when you leave you’re thinking, I can’t wait to eat that again.
With a strong eye on good animal husbandry and local produce wherever possible, we are aiming to provide a fun, quality menu hopefully a little unique to Malmö.is the name of the game.
Think dough gods, eggplant parmesan, pasta risotto from San Sebastian, juicy duroc ribs, hot artichoke dip, fresh salads and beer foccacia. Oh and grilled cheese, real grilled cheese sandwiches. Then also think Taco Tuesday where yes, I will be serving up the same S. California tacos you know from Monkey Fist Tacos with some guest appearances from the Mexican kitchen. The things I know my team and I can do with pride, honoring the origins of each meal we serve.
Goose has been on a tour of Österlen to meet the many producers that will be supplying us with the vegetables and meats we will need to make the yummy goodness that is going to go down just great with our beer and drinks menu.
It's anwe really look forward to almost more than we look forward to hearing your voices echoing into the kitchen.
